Hosting an Instructor Training is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Set a date with your APD (typically 12 weeks out to ensure event success).
2. Provide the APD with all hosting club and director contact information.
3. Spread the word to your employees, members, and friends to register for the event!

Hosting Details for ALL Powder Blue Instructor Trainings & Workshops:
Domestic (in the United States)

- Hosting an Instructor Training/Workshop requires at least 15 paid registrants two weeks prior to the event date to guarantee the event
- Discounted Registration Rate for employees/members and Early Bird registration (2 weeks prior to the event)
- Group fitness manager receives 1 complimentary admission to the Instructor Training OR merchandise valued at the Host Employee Registration rate
- If your club is within driving distance of your APD, the club is entitled to a free Master Class to be held approximately 2-4 weeks prior to the event to increase instructor/member interest and increase membership sales.

AFAA CEU's & ACE CEC’s awarded to Instructor Training participants only

Turbo Kick® Instructor Training: 8 hrs.
(Generally conducted from 9am-5pm on a Saturday or Sunday)

- Participants Receive: Manual, 60 Min. music CD, Instructional DVD, Choreography notes and AFAA CEU's / ACE CEC’s
- Cost: $189 Early Bird Rate, $229 Regular Rate, $159 Host Club Employee/Member Rate
- Host Club Director Receives either a Complimentary Registration OR $159 worth of merchandise at the event.

Turbo Kick® PRO Training: about 6 hrs.

- Participants Receive: Manual, 60 Min. music CD, Instructional DVD, Choreography notes
- No Testing!
- Cost: $155 Early Bird Rate, $195 Regular Rate, $125 Host Club Employee/Member Rate, $35 PRO to Instructor testing

Round Workshop: 2hrs.

- Prerequisite to Host: This workshop is usually scheduled within the full day Turbo Kick® Instructor Training. The only way to book a Round Workshop is in conjunction with another event. (ie: Hip Hop Hustle™ Instructor Training or a PiYo™ Instructor Training)
- Prerequisite to Register: To attend one must have completed either the Turbo Kick® PRO or Instructor Training.
- Registrants Receive: A complete Round (CD, Instructional DVD, choreography)
- AFAA CEU's /ACE CEC’s (Instructors only)
- Cost: $50 Early Bird Rate, $60 Regular Rate

PiYo™ Instructor Training: 8 hrs.
(Generally conducted from 9am-5pm on a Saturday or Sunday)

- Participants Receive: Manual, 60 Min. music CD, Instructional DVD, Choreography notes and AFAA CEU's / ACE CEC’s
- Cost: $189 Early Bird Rate, $239 Regular Rate, $159 Host Club Employee/Member Rate
- Host Club Director Receives either a Complimentary Registration OR $159 worth of merchandise at the event.

PiYo™ PRO Training: about 6 hrs.

- Participants Receive: Manual, 60 Min. music CD, Instructional DVD, Choreography notes
- No Testing!
- Cost: $155 Early Bird Rate, $195 Regular Rate, $125 Host Club Employee/Member Rate, $35 PRO to Instructor testing

PiYo™ Workshop: 2hrs.

- Prerequisite to Host: This workshop is usually scheduled within the full day PiYo™ Instructor Training. The only way to book a PiYo™ Lesson Workshop is in conjunction with another event. (i.e.: Hip Hop Hustle™ Instructor Training or a Turbo Kick® Instructor Training)
- Prerequisite to Register: To attend one must have completed either the PiYo™ PRO or Instructor Training.
- Registrants Receive: A complete PiYo™ Lesson of your choice! (60 minute music CD, Instructional DVD, choreography notes)
- AFAA CEU's /ACE CEC’s (Instructors only)
- Cost: $50 Early Bird Rate, $60 Regular Rate

Hip Hop Hustle™ Instructor Training: 8 hrs.

- Registrants Receive: Study Manual, 60 minute music CD, Instructional DVD, choreography notes and AFAA CEU's /ACE CEC’s
- Cost: $189 Early Bird Rate, $229 Regular Rate, $159 Host Club Employee/Member Rate
- Host Club Director Receives either a Complimentary Registration OR $159 worth of merchandise at the event.

Hustle™ PRO Training: about 6 hrs.

- Participants Receive: Manual, 60 Min. music CD, Instructional DVD, Choreography notes
- No Testing!
- Cost: $155 Early Bird Rate, $195 Regular Rate, $125 Host Club Employee/Member Rate, $35 PRO to Instructor testing

Hip Hop Hustle™ Workshop: 2 hrs.

- Prerequisite to Host: This workshop is usually scheduled within the full day Hip Hop Hustle™ Instructor Training. The only way to book a HHH Workshop is in conjunction with another event. (ie: Turbo Kick® Instructor Training or a PiYo™ Instructor Training)
- Prerequisite to Register: To attend, one must have completed either the Hip Hop

All-Star Presenter Camp: 18 hrs
(Days/Times vary depending on the club availability)

- Registrants Receive: Detailed Manual, Practice Cueing CD and AFAA CEU's /ACE CEC's
- Cost: $259 Early Bird Rate, $279 Regular Rate, $249 Host Club Employee/Member Rate
- Host Club Director Receives either a Complimentary Registration OR $249 worth of merchandise at the event.

Hosting Details for ALL Powder Blue Instructor Trainings & Workshops: International

Hosting an Instructor Training is as easy as 1-2-3!

Additional Hosting Information:

- Hosting an Instructor Training/Workshop requires at least 20 paid registrants SIX weeks prior to the event date to guarantee the event (hosting facility can pay for all 20 or collect registrations)
- Discounted Registration Rate for employees/members and Early Bird registration (6 weeks prior to the event).
- The group fitness manager receives 1 complimentary admission to the Instructor Training OR merchandise valued at the Host Employee Registration rate (Registration rates vary depending on what event is hosted. See a list of Instructor Trainings and Workshops for more information).
- Host Club Communication Kit.
- AFAA CEU's & ACE CEC’s awarded to Instructor Training participants only.

Cancellation Policy

A hosting facility agrees to the guidelines of Powder Blue Productions set for hosting as well as requires a $100 cancellation fee if this hosting facility cancels the scheduled event prior to the event day.
